1. Who manages this application?

Mellivue is an apiary management application. The data controller for this instance is the application administrator, reachable at the address shown at the bottom of this page.

2. What data is collected?

• Account : email address and password (stored encrypted, never in plain text).
• Apiary/hive data : name, location, address, cantonal identifiers, notes you enter yourself.
• Inspections and harvests : dates, observations, quantities, and any photos you choose to add.
• Tasks : the reminders you create.
• Technical data : session and persistent-login cookies (see section 6), necessary for the site to function.

No data is collected for advertising purposes or resold to third parties.

3. Why is this data processed?

Solely to provide the service: allowing you to manage your apiaries, keep a history, and authenticate securely. The legal basis is the performance of the service you use (your account).

4. How long is this data kept?

As long as your account exists. If you delete your account (see "My account"), all your data (apiaries, hives, inspections, harvests, tasks, photos) is deleted immediately and permanently.

5. Where is the data hosted?

On a shared Infomaniak server, a Swiss hosting provider whose data centers are located in Switzerland.

6. Cookies

This application only uses technical cookies strictly necessary for its operation:

• A session cookie, to keep you logged in during your visit.
• A persistent-login cookie ("stay logged in"), valid for 60 days, to avoid logging in again on every visit.

No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

7. Your rights

At any time, from the My account :

• View and correct your information.
• Export all your data into a file you can keep or transfer elsewhere.
• Permanently delete your account and all associated data.
