Welcome! Here is how to get the most out of the app, step by step.
The general idea: an apiary contains hives, and each hive has its own history of inspections and harvests. Everything starts there.
An apiary is a location — at home, in a forest, in a borrowed field. Fill in its name, its location on the map, and the administrative details specific to your country if you wish (cantonal number, NAPI, BeeBase...).
Each hive belongs to an apiary. Give it a name or number, specify its type, the queen marking and its status (active, wintering...).
This is the heart of the app: at each inspection, record what you observe. Nothing is required — just fill in what's relevant that day.
Create reminders for upcoming treatments, feeding, or checks. The monthly calendar shows inspections, harvests and tasks day by day.
Record each harvest (quantity, frames, honey type). A year-over-year comparison shows how your production evolves.
From an apiary, generate a printable breeding registry (all inspections and harvests for a year) — handy for an official inspection. Each hive also has its own printable QR label.
The global search (magnifying glass icon at the top) looks through your apiaries, hives, inspections, harvests and tasks at once — handy for finding a specific piece of information without navigating around.
From "My account", change your language, your password, or export all your data at any time.
